This tool was developed as part of Cultural Cwtsh, which was an online creative wellbeing hub for the health and care workforce in Wales, created by the Arts Council of Wales in collaboration with artists across the country.

Hi my name is Rhian, from Rhian Circus Cymru, and my art form is circus, which I’ve been doing for about 20 years.
There are many benefits to learning how to juggle; it can boost brain development, sharpen your focus and reduce stress. By focusing on the tasks in these videos, you’ll be able to renew your mind and experience being in the present moment.
We will start with some exercises to improve coordination, look at the technique of how to juggle and then finally learn some tricks!

Three juggling balls. Alternatively, you can use oranges, apples or rolled up pairs of socks.
