This tool was developed as part of Cultural Cwtsh, which was an online creative wellbeing hub for the health and care workforce in Wales, created by the Arts Council of Wales in collaboration with artists across the country.
In partnership with the Arts Council of Wales, we’re excited to share this mental wellbeing tool, alongside with many other creative resources, with everyone in Wales!
Hello! My name is Lucy Dickson, I’m a ceramic artist and designer living in Cardiff, Wales.
I am passionate about the positive influence creativity can have on our lives, and to me that’s making things with my hands.
I love to share processes that are accessible, fun and calming.
In this series of videos I will guide you through some simple pottery techniques, these require some materials that you should mostly be able to find around the house.
I recommend following these videos while in a calm space, with time to relax and enjoy the process.
