Dance doesn’t only engage the body, but the mind as well.
This is a series of videos designed to keep the mind on the matter, while getting the body moving around the space.
I’m Jakob Myers, a freelance dancer, who has been working with Ballet Cymru since 2020.
This set of videos is totally free for all, and open to interpretation as you wish.
There are no rules, as long as you’re having fun!
Video 1 – A creative workshop, and memory task. Together we’ll put together a short phrase, to music, and get you moving around the space.
Video 2 – Games are a great way to keep the mind engaged. A mind teasing musical task that increases in challenge!
Video 3 – Dance keeps us all fit. A small bit of cardio and a free stretch can help us distract and relax from the day, without exhausting us.
If you can move, you can dance!
Go wild!
