On a small table, several items are scattered: A small tree branch on a crumpled piece of paper; a small bottle of ink; a paintbrush; a sketch pad.

This tool was developed as part of Cultural Cwtsh, which was an online creative wellbeing hub for the health and care workforce in Wales, created by the Arts Council of Wales in collaboration with artists across the country.

In partnership with the Arts Council of Wales, we’re excited to share this mental wellbeing tool, alongside with many other creative resources, with everyone in Wales!

In this series of short films, Heledd takes us on a journey of creativity and discovery.

They will engage, inform, entertain and encourage you to spend time with trees, their supreme gift, the air we breathe and to find balance and strength from their wisdom in order to be creative and find equilibrium with our natural world.

These  bilingual films with creative inspiration and background information about a specific tree will spark ideas and activities and will open a door into their wisdom, symbols, healing and renewal benefits.

Each film will celebrate and inform the viewer of a specific tree.

Please note these videos are in Welsh with English subtitles.
