This tool was developed as part of Cultural Cwtsh, which was an online creative wellbeing hub for the health and care workforce in Wales, created by the Arts Council of Wales in collaboration with artists across the country.

In partnership with the Arts Council of Wales, we’re excited to share this mental wellbeing tool, alongside with many other creative resources, with everyone in Wales!

After going through a painful divorce and losing both my parents within a year of each other I found myself in a dark place.

I was overwhelmed, angry, depressed, anxious and lost. I wanted to understand my inner state and find ways of healing.

I embarked upon an unknown path of discovery that led me to neuroscience and the tools it offered to make sense of what was happening to me.

These three films (Gratitude/Grief/Calm)  explore  the intersection of poetry, neurochemistry and well being  and  outline protocols to leverage new approaches to navigate our emotional states and support our mental health journeys with creativity.
