What do you do to protect and improve your mental wellbeing?
My family really enjoy visiting castles and other historic places across Wales.
It feels good to learn new things about our history and feel connected to the people, stories and the land.
We love to go to reenactment events to bring this history to life. My son always loves to dress up too and chat with the reenactors.
It brings me such joy to see him being comfortable to be himself, grow in confidence, and explore some big ideas and feelings in a fun and safe way.
