Why is looking after your mental wellbeing important to you?
It’s vital as if I don’t look after my own mental wellbeing no one else will look after it for me.
What do you do to protect and improve your mental wellbeing?
I have become much more aware of my thoughts and feelings, I have been working on breathing exercises and taking note when I feel overwhelmed and I am also learning to recognise the things I can change about a situation, if I can’t change it then I don’t worry about it.
