Why is looking after your mental wellbeing important to you?

It helps me to concentrate and attend to my work, business or daily activities with little or no stress. It also helps to maintain good interpersonal relationships at work or public places.

What do you do to protect and improve your mental wellbeing?

At times, I have quiet times when I to stay and interact with nature. Going to waterfalls, watching of birds and other lovely animals. At times having fun with my lovely pet goes a long way to bring my mental health to stability. But avoiding any form of intimidation and stressful activities also helps me to maintain good mental balance.

Is there anything else that you find helpful or inspiring that you’d like to share?

Yes, this quote and title of a book by a well known bestseller author; Robert F Sculler which says, “Tough times never last but tough people do”.
