Connecting with others is important for our mental wellbeing. Online connections can be a great way to increase our social networks, especially when these are facilitated through supportive, inclusive environments such as the Action for Happiness community.

There are also opportunities to sign up as an Action for Happiness volunteer, providing an opportunity for an extra wellbeing boost by helping others and feeling part of something bigger!
