This tool was developed as part of Cultural Cwtsh, which was an online creative wellbeing hub for the health and care workforce in Wales, created by the Arts Council of Wales in collaboration with artists across the country.

In partnership with the Arts Council of Wales, we’re excited to share this mental wellbeing tool, alongside with many other creative resources, with everyone in Wales!

Glimpses of hope. Sometimes, we need those brief glimpses.

I’m Manon. I live in Tywyn with my children, and I write books and scripts.

I chatted with people who work in the fields of health and care about their lives – what’s difficult and what’s joyful, what brings them comfort and what makes them smile. What brings them back to themselves at the end of the day.

I recorded these videos and music after those conversations and was inspired to write these tiny monologues.

These videos contain glimpses of hope, but sometimes, we need those brief glimpses.
