Why is looking after your mental wellbeing important to you?
I know that if I don’t look after my own mental wellbeing, I won’t be able to give to others.
What do you do to protect and improve your mental wellbeing?
I read, walk my dogs and swim in the river. In the last year, I’ve tried to read more and to also write what I’m thinking.
