Noticing life’s wonderful things, inspired by Mary Oliver’s poetry

The Mary Oliver poem, ‘Instructions for living a life’:

Pay attention,
be astonished,
tell about it.

These words feel important to me, as many of my wellbeing moments happen when I notice something wonderful – like a plant or creature or landscape – and think about its beauty or awesomeness. I enjoy sharing those moments of joy with others.
