I’m a 31-year-old white female.

Why is looking after your mental wellbeing important to you?

It helps me to feel and perform to the best of my ability in every aspect of my life.

What do you do to protect and improve your mental wellbeing?

I get out and spend time in nature every day (ideally first thing in the morning with my dog), eat a well-balanced diet, exercise daily, spend quality time with loved ones, have dedicated ‘me’ time and talk about my feelings with those I trust.

What is one thing you have started doing in the last year that’s helped your mental wellbeing?

Limiting screen time.

Anything else you’d like to share? This might be a quote or advice you’d like to give to others.

Self-care isn’t selfish.
