What do you do to protect and improve your mental wellbeing?
Listening to music often helps to boost my mood, whether I listen to something that matches my mood at the time or something that helps to lift me out of my thoughts and give me my bounce back!

I discovered the band Meute during the first Coronavirus lockdown. Watching the music video for ‘You & Me’ at that time made me cry, as it reminded me of what we were missing (being in crowds and having fun together!).
But now it helps me to appreciate how important those moments of collective joy really are!
