What do you do to protect and improve your mental wellbeing?

I love to visit ancient sites across Wales.

Thinking about the lives of people so long ago helps me to put things into perspective today.

I felt such a connection to the past when I saw preserved human adult and child footprints from around 3,000 years ago. I felt a real sense of awe and couldn’t help but imagine that their hopes and dreams probably weren’t so different to mine and my family’s.
