Why is looking after your mental wellbeing important to you?

Being mentally well means I am more resilient and able to enjoy life (and work!) and support others to do the same.

What do you do to protect and improve your mental wellbeing?

I walk or run every morning before work, spend time connecting with my family and friends, sew and read.

What is one thing you have started doing in the last year that’s helped your mental wellbeing?

Nothing new – just maintaining what I know works well for me.

Anything else you’d like to share? This might be a quote or advice you’d like to give to others.

Take a moment every morning to reflect on how you are feeling, why that might be and what it means for how you approach the day ahead.
